Helsingør Motionsklub and #NowWeMove Week 22, 28.05 – 03.06 2018 Helsingør Motionklub informs all 33 members of the Helsingør Motionklub that week 22 - Monday 28.05 - Sunday 03.06 2018 is NowWeMove Week. We complete the club's joint training Monday 28.05 2018 at. 18 and Wednesday 30.05 2018 at. 18, as a NowWeMove event, encouraging both members and others to get a more healthy lifestyle, physically active, community, sports and movement, marketing, promoting and inviting all other runners and walkers in our community and our members. Furthermore, we participate in a run and walk event, the Kronborg stafetten on Thursday, 31.05 2018 with 2,500 participants down at Kulturværftet, Kronborg Castle and the Nordhavnen in Helsingør. We also recommend this Kronborg stafet to other runners and those who are walking. We will evaluate the event #NowWeMove Week 22/2018 and the others events at home 03.06 2018. The result will likely be an invitation to continue and come out to our club and get involved in our community training. ISCA runs the NowWeMove #NowWeMove project #NowWeMoveWeek22 /2018 and has taken the lead in getting 100 million more citizens to become more healthy and physically active. Helsingør Motionsklub is a part off this.
