When Event Start
European Move Week Run
is an event dedicated for children and youth to enjoy sport and inspire them to
be physically active at all times. Lithuanian NOC and Olympic Academy invites
schools and preschools in Lithuania to participate in European Move Week Runs
is their villages and towns, gather as much pupils as possible, create original
concepts of the run and select unexpected routes.
No results need to be
taken, as the key to this event is experience and fun!
- 1st group: preschools
- 250 m
- 2nd group: 1 - 4
graders - 500 m
- 3rd group: 5 - 8
graders - 1000 m
- 4th group: 9 -
12 graders - 1988 m (Lithuanian Olympic Mile)
In 2013 three hundred
schools and preschools organized European Move Week Run, 50000 children took
part!
