Asli Tehmen was born in 28th November 1976 in Aydin. She studied history in METU in Ankara. She has been working as an english teacher in high school for 15 years. She is also interested in developing various projects for the society. She has worked as a project coordinator in Soke Governorship. Since her childhood she loves cycling. So far she attended many cycling festivals in Turkey. She also attended "Cyclists for Cultural Exchange" in USA. She is the member of local cycling club in Soke/Aydin. She is also the member of ENVERCEVKO. She attended Erasmus+ Sports Infoday on behalf of ENVERCEVKO. She is a flexible and tolerant person.
