Joga savez Srbije, nacionalni granski savez, pod nazivom akcije „Sve boje života“ učestvuje u manifestaciji Move week od 07.09.-30.09.2015. Članovi Joga saveza Srbije, Joga klubovi iz čitave Srbije, održaće veliki broj promotivnih časova joge u tom periodu, vraćajući pažnju na stalno prisutan cilj u svom radu:

ZDRAV POJEDINAC- ZDRAVO DRUŠTVO

Joga savez Srbije već 21 godina sprovodi aktivnosti u cilju prenošenja poruke da fizička aktivnost, briga o telu I boravak u prirodi mogu značajno uticati na poboljšanje kvaliteta života, pre svega psiho- fizičkog zdravlja.

Joga savez Srbije okuplja sertifikovane instruktore joge i Joga klubove iz 42 grada Srbije, u kojima se vode programi rekreativnog bavljenja jogom za najširu populaciju stanovništva. Joga klubovi Joga saveza Srbije okupljaju preko 12000 praktičara joge svih životnih doba, od 7-107 godina.

U cilju podizanja nivoa svesti o neophodnosti i dobrobitima bavljenja fizičkom aktivnošću, Joga savez Srbije tokom čitave godine organizuje niz manifestacija, pre svega, na otvorenim površinama u prirodi.

PERFORMANS “JOGA DANI DOBRIH DELA” održava se na glavim trgovima u gradovima Srbije, gde se okuplja veliki broj praktikanata joge koji izvode kratak serijal joga vežbi, animirajući okruženje i šaljući snažnu poruku da se i malim angažovanjem može učiniti nešto dobro za sebe i svoje okruženje.

AKCIJA “VEŽBAJTE JOGU SA NAMA” sprovodi se već šestu godinu za redom u kojoj sertifikovani instruktori Joga saveza Srbije vode besplatne časove joge u prirodi u periodu od maja do septembra.

MEĐUNARODNI FESTIVAL JOGE održava se svake godine na beogradskoj Adi Iiokuplja škole joge i praktičare iz čitavog sveta. Učesnici se predstavljaju tokom programa koji traje dva dana. Ova manifestacija je otvorenog tipa i privlači sve veći broj posetilaca iz godine u godinu.

Joga savez Srbije je član Sportskog saveza Srbije, Evropske i Svetske Joga Federacije. Program edukacije joga instruktora Joga savez Srbije je akreditovao u nadležnom ministarstvu Republike Srbije i akreditacionom telu Evropske joga federacije.

Joga savez Srbije teži da obezbedi na najvišem akademskom nivou verifikaciju doprinosa praktikovanja joge, da predstavi jogu kao disciplinu koja oplemenjuje životnu svakodnevicu i sve sfere života.

Joga savez Srbije sprovodi Program stručnog osposobljavanja instruktora joge na osnovu Rešenja izdatog od strane nadležnog ministarstva RS i odobrenja evropske komisije. Završetkom programa stručnog osposobljavanja polaznik stiče zanimanje instruktor u sportu (joga), zvanje: sportski instruktor, treći nivo stručne osposobljenosti. Members of The Yoga Federation of Serbia, Yoga clubs from all over Serbia will held promotional yoga classes, emphasizing the everlasting velues that present the goal of our work:

For more than 21 years Yoga Federation of Serbia implements activities with the aim to deliver a message that physical activity, body care and spending time in nature can significantly improve the quality of life, especially psycho-physical health.

Yoga Federation of Serbia gathers certified yoga instructors and yoga clubs from 42 cities in Serbia, where recreational yoga programs for the general population are provided. Yoga centers Yoga Federation of Serbia gather over 12,000 yoga practitioners of all ages, from 7-107 years.

In order to raise awareness about the necessity and benefits of practicing physical exercise, Yoga Federation of Serbia organizes a series of events during the year, primarily in open areas in the nature.

PERFORMANCE “YOGA DAYS OF GOOD DEEDS” take place at the central squares of cities in Serbia. It gathers a large number of yoga practitioners who perform a short series of yoga asanas, animating the citizens and sending a message that even small efforts can make something good for yourself and your environment.

ACTION “PRACTICE YOGA WITH US” is held for six years in a row, from may to september. Free promotional yoga classes in nature and yoga parks are conducted by certified instructors from the Yoga Centers gathered by the Yoga Federation of Serbia.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA FESTIVAL is held every year in Belgrade’s Ada and gathers yoga schools an yoga practitioners from all over the world. Participants present their schools and different yoga stiles during the program which lasts two days. This event is open for citizens and attracts many visitors each year.

Yoga Federation of Serbia is a member of The Sports Federation of Serbia, European and International Yoga Federation.

Our educational program for yoga instructors is accredited by the competent Ministry of the Republic of Serbia and the accreditation body of the European Yoga Federation. Yoga Federation of Serbia strives to provide the highest academic level verification of benefits of yoga practice and to present yoga as a discipline that enriches everyday life and all walks of life.
